Creaks & Crunches

Hi, I took up Pilates about 3 months ago thanks to Pilates Anytime. It's been going great, and I love the videos. In the last few days it feels like every bone in my body is crunching and creaking. None of this is painful. Is this is a normal part of the journey to realignment and better posture, or might I be doing something wrong? many thanks, Jason
