I am confused about which springs are the arm springs on the tower. I have 2 yellow long springs, 2 long purple springs, 2 short yellow and 2 short red and 2 short blue springs. Are the long springs only for leg/hip work or can they be used for arm work too or should I only be using the short yellow springs for arm work? I have been using the long springs for leg and arm work but after watching numerous Tower videos on here I see people only using the short yellow springs as arm springs. Can someone clarify for me?

Shorter springs are going to be encouraged for use in arm work as the length is optimized for the upper body, rather than the longer springs which may have too much slack for arm-focused exercises.
As for which color of springs to use, we would recommend using the suggested yellow springs in this class, but if you are in need of more of a challenge, the red springs will provide more resistance while the blue springs will have a little less.
