Hello Ted, I did the speed test b/c on low some of the videos are stopping and starting. I am not sure how to read the speed test. It said download at 1.75 Not sure what to do with that information. Thanks, Lynne

Hi Lynne,

The 1.75 means 1.75 megabits per second. That it quite slow. By comparison, the average cable modem is anywhere from 5 to 20. My home connection (Verizon Fios) is on the high side at 25 megabits per second. 1.75 is not really considered to be "high speed" connection. Is this with an older technology like DSL or satellite?
Hello Ted, I do have DSL. I know I need to upgrade, which I will do soon. I have been trying to get 39 to work past 30.00. I watched it 3x and it reverts back to the beginning. I did put it on low and pause until it plays out on the scale. It works fine up till that point. Would that be my connection? Not sure why it would stop at that point all the time. I sure would like to see what the rest of the video is like. I may go to the library and try it there and see if it works all the way. Lynne
How can I play these videos on my i-pod? Sorry for being so dense :)
Becky Type this into your web browser on your phone

Thanks Kristi, but I am i-phone-less and my POS blackberry will do no such thing. I'm not even sure it can open it's own browser. (bitter, party of one) Any who, if there are any other ways to convert some workouts into a format to load on my i-pod I would love to know the magic! Thanks so much for your time and reply :) PS, you guys are FABULOUS and this site is genius. Kudos, sista!!!

Hi Becky,

Pilates Anytime mobile version works well on iPhone and Android phones, but I'm not so sure about Blackberries. It should also work on an iPod Touch over Wifi, however, if you have something like an iPod Nano or an older iPod with no WiFi, I'm sorry that those are not compatible currently.
Has Meredith's class #651 (level2/3) been successfully uploaded? It's listed (without a photo) and I can't access it. Here's hoping it's the long awaited new theraband session she's been promising!!
Ted Johnson
Joni, it looks like that class was mistakenly set live without a photo. I have hidden it until we can attach a photo. I have not watched the class but can tell you it does use a theraband as a prop.
