Our Athletic classes typically utilize challenging spring loads, more advanced movement patterns, and training principles that enhance strength and stamina, which aligns with athletic training principles.
Our Flow classes, on the other hand, embrace a more fluid approach with continuous movement with minimal breaks, fewer spring changes to maintain momentum, and a blend of contemporary and/or classical Pilates inspiration.
Both class styles offer unique benefits and can be incorporated into a well-rounded fitness routine based on your goals and preferences.
