I have had some minor health issues, plus breast cancer last year with a double mastectomy (no chemo or radiation), and I am now so weak/unfit, especially in my core. However, I am not a beginner who needs slow classes with too much explanation (focused on people who have never done pilates before). Do you have any challenges or programs for people who used to be able to do intermediate-to-advanced stuff but now have to slowly work back up so we don't hurt ourselves trying to do too much too fast? TIA!
