I am having trouble getting the graphic button to show up on my facebook pg unless I use the share fb link. Are others having trouble?

I just tested it by copying a pasting a URL into Facebook and it worked for me. Can you tell me exactly what you're doing (and what happens)? Maybe it's a little different than what I did.
