Loved the class, find the fabulous cues so pertinent, would prefer a little less gasping cue but it does get the point across versus a plain "inhale"....& so encouraging. Thank you Rachel.
I LOVE this class when I have 40 minutes to treat myself! My take home cue is your spear analogy: lengthen your legs like spears, driving forward with aim and purpose and returning them the same way.
