I loved this workout! Two notes: - Please tell us the exact springs you’re using. “Light” isn’t precise, and many of us are using the same reformer you’re using and would love to know your exact spring setting. - Do you have any modifications to front split and kneeling thigh stretch for those of us with sensitive knees? The knee on the carriage is very painful and makes it difficult to get a real stretch. Thank you!
Savannah B I use a pilates/yoga pad that I found online at Amazon for this. Works great and I use it for all my knee work. There's quite alot in pilates and I feel like I use the knee pad at some point every day. Many instructors recommend it at PA so I don't think it's frowned upon or upsets any alignment.
