Thanks Divo! How do I become a trainer in Fascial Fitness? I would love to share with people in my community/train others at my gym. This is awesome stuff. My long-term tendon strains/injuries are going to really benefit :)

Divo Müller Thank for an amazing class. I hope there are more like this here on PA. That was an amazing aerobic workout and with the stretching pretty much ideal for me as I am very stiff generally. I didn't always understand the micro movements at the end fully but did what felt good. It may be a good idea for a camera to be on hand to go really close for times when such tiny movements are hard to understand. Overall amazing class. I will revisit it for sure.
