I absolutely loved this class! Challenging and fun at the same time. I will definitely come back to it so I can strengthen my legs! 

So challenging and great cardio! With working out at home the only option I am very glad to add this booty barre into the mix.

This is a super challenging workout for me (there are some postures I have a very difficult time performing) but I also enjoy knowing I am strengthening those muscles. I also enjoy greatly Tracey's joyous and upbeat energy.
