Thanks Tracey, omg this upped my game! It was challenging and thanks for the splits I could always do but omg I gotta get back at them as the floor wasn't as close as it used to be. lol
Great Class. I am not good with roll-ups so I wore 5 lb leg weights which worked for me (except for a couple exercises I had to decrease the number of reps). I sweated, got lengthened, got a good workout, and had fun! It was nice to see Kristi Cooper in the class. Thanks Again Tracey:)
