Decided to dig through the archives and take this one, since I've taken all the newer ones already :) Great class which helped me slow down and be more patient and focused in my execution of moves, which is a big area I still need to work on.

Ivan Z I'm so glad you did!!  This is one of my VERY first classes. It makes me feel very happy that it is still getting some love.
