Really loved this class firstly because of the beautiful flow to all the movements, then the ease of transition from one move to another, adding the slow deliberate pace which allows the mind to focus and the body to feel the control. love the way I feel after doing this workout and I will be doing this on a daily basis, and of course so will my clients!
I loved this and your mindfulness, precision, and attitude of respect make for an outstanding experience!!!
Christmas is coming... Can we have more lessons from Tom, please?
