I will be testing on my intermediates tonight! The "Circle of Power" is a great way to express something so important that can be tricky to explain! Huge thank you! Oh my goodness, this class was soooo good. One of my new favourites! I have been doing Pilates for years, but I have some "sticky"spots, your variations seem to help me move pass those! Thank you so much!
