I like the fast pace but agree with some of the comments about struggling to keep up. But I used tis to challenge me and decided to do it daily for a week so that I became familiar with the routine and hence faster. I loved how the pace raised my heart rate and feel that it helps to make the most of a short workout. I am day 5 and loving my daily practice.

HinJunghee, on the semi-circle: could you please elaborate why placing the feet on the Reformer and not the foot bar ? On the Stomach Massage : why going all the way to the edge of the carrier.
