I haven't done reformer work so don't know about a jump board, I just have a question about the landing when lunging forward . Surely it is more natural to land with as with walking, heel to toe? Thanks again
I love doing this quick warm up. It gets my head in a space to work more. I am checking my balance as well. I am improving but on some days it all falls to pieces. Helps my intention when I go to my next practice.
