Monica, you are my rescue for my stiff back. Every time I feel uncomfortable about my lower back I do this class and it helps immediately. Could you please prepare a similar class that focuses on low back pain?. My back says thank you :)
With all due respect, when is any one going to wake up to the fact that the human spine doesn't work in campartments and that the so called natural curve of the lower back is based on the trad Grey anatomy drawings that if anyone bothered to look carefully do not have the disks present!
Thanks so much! This was the first class I took after a recent back flare up. I waited til I had minimal pain (but had gained a few pounds). My body felt different but nothing hurt and I could feel where I needed to strengthen.
