As someone who is primarily a mat person, classes like this are a good way to cross train and keep myself in shape. Like Claudia I would like to see the 1 hour 20 minute version. I don't know that I would make it through but I'd like to try. Any new, longer Tracey Classes would be nice too. Thanks again Tracey:)
I finally discovered that if I keep both hands on the chair for the standing Saw Exercise, I can make it through without my butt cramping. Yea for me. Love this class. Thanks again Tracey:)
