Loved this class! Took the weight a bit lighter with my back instability and was the best and most strengthening lower body workout I've been able to do in months! Feel pain free and aligned too!
I think my carriage may be way too short! I'm not exceptionally tall at 5'6" and my upper body is actually pretty short. But I could not for the life of me do the side lying exercise bc my bottom thigh fell off the carriage. I just elevated it and held it off the rails and still made it work but the one in the demo looked much longer. Shoot! Otherwise, I loved this one!!
