Tom--love your workouts. Can you please help me with a prep for arms in strap rollovers? I am not yet strong enough to complete the move and need some assistance to find a prep move to build the strength. Thank you.
Eileen M my apologies as I’m just seeing your message now. Steps to rollover. 1. Hold the bars behind the shoulder blocks and practice the rollover without momentum 2. Practice reverse abdominal curls with the hands in the straps standing strong into the straps with the hands down at your side keeping the shoulders depressed. Perform with the legs bent to initiate from the pelvic floor and lower abdomen. Long Stretch and knee stretch, knees off are great support exercises too.
