Love this class! Some great ideas for using the theraband, and I loved the push up variations. Oh and the little back extension towards the very end with elbows forward and hands back is one of my new favourites, it feels so goooood!
Hey Meredith, I just joined you for the first time with this class. I'm glad I found it!!! Great use of the band. I loved it for feedback through rotation exercises and for stabilization feedback in the hip exercises and awesome prep for treaser!!!! Thanks for being you, Audrey XO
