DEfinitely underestimated this 5 minute arm workout! Feel great afterwards! My goal is to do this 4 times a week on top of my mat/reformer workouts!

Thank you, Meredith. I have myofascial pain syndrome. Since I been practicing this class... I can do push ups now without any pain. :) my shoulder was weak and the theraband was not helping
