Really unclear cuing, no mention of correct springs to use. That 100 was very hard for a level one class with no modifications presented or explanation for the leg position.

Thank you for your feedback. We had asked Rachel Taylor Segel to do a traditional basic or Level 1 for as it was in traditionally done in Pilates, but to add more depth to the cueing to help those familiar with Pilates better understand the method.

Your feedback tells us it is important that we better specify our intent in the description of this class so those that are expecting more explanation of the movements and the springs are more informed prior to starting.

Rachel (as a leader in this industry) did exactly what we had asked her to do and we will make it more clear going forward by altering the description. Thank you so much for the feedback.
