So great to see two of my absolute favourites here together. I love this class and hope to see more of the Aussie girls here on Pilates Anytime soon. It is a long way to travel but so happy you were able to host the best from from down-under!!!!

I love the precise, anatomical cuing. The prep work at the beginning with the theraband was lovely, and I really liked the way that Sally carried that work through the rest of the class.
