Thank you. I really loved your distinction between laterals and side-bends. That cleared up some confusion I was having in terms of hearing different teachers say what seemed like completely opposite things about "side to side" on the short box .
Hi Helena, I'm so glad you enjoyed my Tutorial. Yes, Laterals and side bends become even more important with someone who has scoliosis, as side bending in the wrong direction can actually exacerbate a curve, whereas lateral reaches serve to elongate and lengthen the sides of the body.
