A very smooth and enjoyable class! The elephant walk followed by raising up the arms through the belly really opened up some new levels of blood flow into my legs - that was pretty nice and intense and I didn't expect that. Can't go without the spine stretch into flat back with raised arm pulses either given how tight my back gets)
