is your spine corrector really short or is your reformer really long? My spine corrector was disappointingly too long for this, but I love the concept. Used Bosu ball for some of it. Thanks... great class.

Hi Clare -- I was using a Clara Spine Corrector from Balanced Body and a Balanced Body One Step Footbar Reformer. What Spine Corrector model were you working with, curious?! Of course and great idea to use the BOSU for this as a replacement.

Amy Havens .. I was on a Peak Pilates Deluxe Reformer and was using the Balance Body Pilates Arc. It has wedges cut in to go over the shoulder rests.
