I am interested in what strength your springs are for example:  Red spring - the strongest spring, Blue Spring - Light Spring, Yellow Spring - Medium Spring?  This will help me as my spring colors on my reformer may have different tensions than yours.  Thank you!
Jamie T -- on this Reformer, the red is medium, blue is light and yellow is very light.  I hope this helps!

I don't have a box for my reformer so this was so perfect I didn't have adapt my workout... :)

Some of your cues that are 'stating the obvious' are cues I've never heard before so keep those coming.
