I love the cueing, really explains and encourages use of the powerhouse! Thank you! ? It seems the student's chin is reaching out, her neck position looks forward of her plumb line, feels like there is a lot of holding/tension in her posterior neck? Any thoughts on this? (I tend to notice this area bc I teaching singing)

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for your comments and questions! Good observation regarding her neck! This class was intended to focus on centering and using her powerhouse as a corset. What would be a great follow up class would be to use this foundation and apply it to how she could use this new found Powerhouse strength to relax the rest of her limbs and neck as well as pulling her neck and head into alignment.
