Hi Rachel !!  So glad you're here in the challenge and enjoying these classes!  Tips for the Roll Over ---- you can use your hands!!!  Yes, you can, or bend your knees to get over.  Over time and as you practice, your back muscles will become more supple and your legs will gain flexibility too which will make that Roll Over easier.  It's a tough one though, that's for sure!

Fabulous. I forgot about this one but am putting into regular rotation. A great all-body workout but extra challenge on the glutes and hips!

Short and effective classes are my favourites especially with a teacher like you Amy... thank you for the glutes...
