I love this flow...so challenging but so interesting. Thank you very much. I can see myself repeating this on a regular basis in my own practice. Also love your style of teaching. 

In a world of ‘perfection’ (“it must be done exactly like this”), it is sooooo refreshing to hear you say “or whatever”.  Like wait, I don’t have to fit in a box?? Thank you, thank you. 

My instructor recommended your class, it is a absolute gift of a workout. I laughed and loved your comments, you style of queueing is unique and really fresh. It was so novel, I was thinking of cancelling my membership but this convinced me to stay. I hope you record a lot more classes in that studio.
