I had a really crappy day, and I wanted a class that wasn't super hard, but kept you moving, lengthening, and interested. This was perfect. I feel much better now. Thanks Amy (if i remember correctly you are the instructor who recommended leg weights to help with roll-ups. I have shorter legs and roll-ups without momentum are impossible for me. I got the leg weights and I love them. I didn't need them for this class, but have used them extensively for the last several weeks. So Thanks for that too:)

I love Amy Havens' classes. She is succinct in the cueing and very personable. She doesn't waste any air time. All business and very pleasant. Always a good workout with Amy.
