I loved this class. I also feel like we do very little rotation and twisting in pilates. I have scoliosis and I find the twists and rotations sooo helpful. Thank you so much for this and I hope you teach twisting and rotation on all the apparatus.
I tried the Kathy Grant work in standing and although it was a smaller move, it still felt great! Thank you for adding a new "twist" to spinal mobility!
