Meredith bats 100% in my book. Haven't taken any of her classes that wasn't super! I have short legs, and roll-ups without momentum are tough. Additionally I find most side series very easy. So, i just got a set of 5lb leg weights and they really help with roll-ups. They also make side the series (and just about everything else) harder. I wouldn't wear them for a long class, but I thought they work well for a 20-30 minute class. The idea came from another P.A. Class I took several weeks ago. Thanks P.A. and Thanks Again Meredith:)
