Paula I would advise either stopping to rest your neck or lightening pressure on the ring if you feel too much discomfort in your neck. Also, you could focus on using the muscles under the shoulder blades more as they sometimes will take pressure away from the neck. Hope that helps!
holy moly. i think i might need to give my mat practice a bit more attention.
note/tip: if you're a C cup or more, try turning the magic circle the other direction under your sternum on very last exercise. way more comfortable for me. xo
