Great Class. Meredith's Cuing is always spot on. I wore 5 lb leg weights and that worked for me. I like about an hour workout, so I am going to pair this class with Tash's #1122. Thanks again Meredith:)
Mor D one thing you could do instead of the ring is a cushion you could squeeze in its place. Other props can be mimicked with a little imagination. If you have one in mind specifically I would be happy to help you try to figure it out!
