Oh, tendon stretch, tendon stretch... will keep working it, trying to start from the standing position with the carriage closed... work in progress for sure. Makes sense with the long back stretch. Thank you Meredith for the mental link. I love that💜
Patti tendon stretch is the great nemesis!!  Keep practicing...it may never be easy but it WILL get better.

Loved this workout! The perfect 2/3 reformer class (although could not for the life of me do the Tendon Stretch Prep haha)! Thanks Meredith!
