Pace was off for me, spring cues could be more clear.
Andy In classical Pilates we only have four springs, they all are the same resistance. Our goal is to flow and do minimal spring changes. If you have a contemporary reformer you would use all  three red and one other heavy spring you have, green or blue. If I don’t call a spring change, than you keep the spring which was in use one the previous exercise.

A great challenge and excellent cues. This helped me find a few places that had been really lazy... and I used my whole body! Thank you.
