Wanted something to get me moving after two weeks off with illness and this was the perfect way back. Worked up a bit of little sweat and no strain on recovering my body - perfect!

This was great! What might you recommend if I'm not yet strong enough to maintain the downward dog variations as an alternative?
Anastasia you can do the same thing on your knees. Just start from a four point kneeling position and slide the arms forward and take your pelvis back towards your feet.  Hopefully that helps! Please let me know.
