I'm amazed at how quickly I gained strength and endurance from taking this class. I took it a week ago and it nearly killed me. I was struggling, HARD!! A week later -- after just doing regular Pilates workouts--I had so much more muscle endurance, balance and control! DOn't get me wrong: It was still challenging, and I broke a sweat! But the sense of progress and success was real! I encourage anyone who has struggled with this class to keep coming back and do what you can. You will experience progress!! Thank you, Erica!
Kim That is so RAD! I'm so happy to hear this. I loved teaching this workout along side Nico and it was totally inspired by my NEED for more strength and power in my body as I'm well into my 40s now. Much love, Erika
