I appreciate how you lengthen and stretch our muscles just as much as you work them. Your combinations and technique are super:)  I normally do a longer workout, so as soon as I finish this class, I take Tash's 30 minute standing class. I have done that the last 3 days, and the classes complement each other nicely.
