I’m loving your classes using the step barrel, do you have a preference between the Clara Step Barrel and the Contour Step Barrel? I’m not sure which to buy for home. Thanks!

Kate S that is a very difficult decision.  They are both great.  I would say I guess it would depend on what you are looking for.  The Contour Barrel has more of an elongated arch which distributes the spinal extension a bit more than the Clara Barrel which has a more sharp arch. I have to say I personally gravitate to the Clara but I have a very flexible spine so it works well for my body.  Additionally, I learned on it and have been using it longer so we could chalk it up to habit as well.  Maybe try them both and see which feels better to your body?  Please let me know what you decide.
