Saul - you mentioned in your comments being obsessed with Serratus - me too!!  I have been learning about Trigger Point Releases and suddenly discovered Serratus posterior inferior and superior OMG SO tight and locked up there.   It was quite a revelation to me.  They cause a tightness and a feeling "dis"  ease that you can't quite put into words but when they are released and stretched you feel SO much freer and more relaxed.  Keep up the great work please - more videos!
