Regina, your cueing is excellent and you omit "filler words" that many teachers have gotten into the habit of adding on.  It was an excellent class and I'm excited for the rest of this series!

Really liked this class, I certainly have to do more mat work, I tend to use my reformer almost daily, but will do mat work when away from the reformer, which makes me realize I need to shake it up a bit, and this class did that…thank you!
