Yay more short classes please!!! (Also, would be great to tell us which muscles we should feel bc for those of us with hypermobility, we could be overextending joints if we just focus on the movement itself, such as with heel raises)
Thank you for this burst of goodness! I’m recovering from Covid and don’t have much stamina, so I loved the full-movement experience in a short class! Great for busy days too :)
