Hi Claire! I’ve heard you say a couple times that when a woman has damage to the pelvis during birth/pregnancy, it’s often the left side. And I’m wondering why that is? Thank you for these exercises! This is a lot of what I do for my older and postnatal clientele!
Charlene H Great question. Great question. To clarify, it's when a woman has had an episiotomy it is most commonly on her right side and this in turn creates a pull on the left. This means the symptoms can be left side even though the original injury was on the right. I hope this helps. I'm so glad to hear you are doing such great work with your older and post natal clients.
