GIRL! You are so strong and just kicked my butt (literally) with this class. I'll be taking this on repeat until I do the reps without stopping like you!
I currently have a fractured toe and this work out required very minimal modifications. I will be able to keep practicing with my injury and am so grateful for it ! Andrea is always my go-to to get challenged in a fun way !
What a fun and challenging class. That ab sequence towards the end was TOUGH! I'm going to keep doing this one until I don't find myself saying, "Brutal!" I think it'll be awhile!
