Fantastic class, thank you very much. It was so different and so helpful for so many bodies! Look forward to repeating lots of pieces in my own practice!

Another particularly interesting class. The lunge and side splits work is amazingly efficient! The hand and wrist work too should be practiced by many people more often. Thanks a lot Niedra :))

Lyndsay S and Anne P. Thankyou both for your comments. I hae found this work to be very helpful for both myself and my clients and I am delighted that you both are finding it interesting, Please do share what you notice when yu add this to your training. When one body part improves, everything else has to up level.

Thank you for the video. I have to take a break on all the shoulder stuff half way through, but I really need to hip stuff towards the end. I ride a motorcycle and I'm trying to get them so they don't cramp when I sit on the bike. When I do the side straddle stretch, my left hip always goes into cramp when I stick it out.  Is there anything I can do to prep for this?  Done this three times now and don't feel like I'm gaining ground. Thanks Chris

Hi Chris W Thank you for asking and sharing your challenges. Sounds like your body is tight, and I have found that fascia release work can be a game changer for people with problems that dont seem to resolve with normal work. I have two series on Pilates Anytime " Unravel your body " and " release your fascia" - each has a series of short classes to roll out the connective tissue. To be honest, I would work through all the videos and you will be surprised at how much more comfortable you will feel and you should be more able to do the other exercises that were giving you cramps.
Nice class, reminds me a bit of "Slings in Motion" style movements from art of motion if you have come across it.
