I've tried dozens of DVD's for Pilates. Most are poorly filmed and poorly cued for a newbie like me. I just love Niedra's classes. This is my third. She's an excellent, deliberate and encouraging coach. I know I'm working out better and more effectively thanks to her teaching skills. Thanks so much!
