Liz I am aware of several studies on vibration, but have not seen compelling evidence to recommend it or to purchase the equipment. There is one by (Verscheuren 2006) that had positive results on the Power Plate at the hip at 1.5% increase in 6 months: https://asbmr.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1359/JBMR.0301245
I just do not think that it is practical to recommend it on a wide scale.
As for the Fletcher Towel, you can purchase it at Balanced Body. Fletcher Pilates is no longer selling it: https://www.pilates.com/store/accessories/fletcher-towel
